CAAFA's Safe Home Network

Domestic abuse is a prevalent social problem that crosses all social and economic boundaries. Because of limited resources, rural communities, like Northern Pinal County, Arizona struggle to provide adequate services to those affected by domestic violence.

CAAFA's Safe Home Network (CSHN) is an innovative approach that maximizes the use of the limited resources available in our community in order to provide safety and services to women and children experiencing domestic abuse in their lives. CSHN Partners develop a shared vision of communities free of domestic violence, and build on their knowledge and resources to partner with one another to provide a continuum of services to victims/survivors and their families.

The CAAFA Safe Home Network is comprised of over 100 partners representing sixteen different sectors of the community (law enforcement, faith-based, social service agencies, private citizens, etc). The network builds on the assets of the Northern Pinal County, Arizona community, while increasing awareness of domestic abuse and improving access to essential resources.
